Access Statement
Flagged path to front door with small step to level living area and level access through to kitchen. Steep stairs with hand rail part way. Step to bedroom and landing. Steep narrow stairs without handrail to top floor bedroom. Steps with handrail outside back door to shared flagged courtyard.
The cottage is carpeted throughout apart from the kitchen which has lino on the floor
There is plenty of space around the beds for free movement.
Roadside parking by cottage or nearby in lane. Due to the hillside location of the cottage and the narrow steep stairs, the cottage is not suitable for disabled guests.
Special diets can easily be catered for when staying at Waters Reach. There is an organic shop in New Mills selling wholefoods and Tesco at Whaley Bridge caters for most dietary requirements.
